At MITTEKA, every suit is carefully checked before it is packed and dispatched. We offer exchange only – refunds and cashback are not available.

Exchange Within Pakistan

You can request an exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The fabric is uncut, unstitched, unwashed and in its original condition.
• All pieces of the suit (shirt, dupatta, trouser and any lace/patches) are returned complete.
• The original packaging and tags are intact.
• The order number or invoice is provided with the request.
• The item has no stains, odours, perfume scent or signs of use.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• If a regular-price item goes on sale after your purchase, the exchange will be processed at the current sale price.

MITTEKA reserves the right to approve or decline an exchange after inspecting the returned item.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the item you want to exchange.
2. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the dispatch details.
3. Send the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange item will be dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your parcel. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

No Refund Policy

MITTEKA follows a strict no refund policy. Refunds and cashback are not available; eligible items can only be exchanged under the conditions above.

International Orders

Exchanges are currently not available for international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will review your claim.
